Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at Trinity Personnel. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across the East and South East regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background in automation or energy management, with proven experience in selling industrial automation and/or energy management equipment. You will be comfortable working remotely and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve or exceed agreed regional budget inclusive of all product families.
* Operate a dynamic and effective business plan with responsible accounts and distributors.
* Develop and deliver a progressive sales pipeline inclusive of all product families.
* Acquire new direct and indirect trading customers during the financial year in line with strategic growth targets.
* Manage the completion of sales processes efficiently by supporting and collaborating with all departments.
* Maintain customer and sales data in a timely, secure and accurate manner within CRM and other reporting processes.
* Demonstrate proficiency with IT systems and software.
* Meet the management objectives and agreed competencies laid out for the role development.
Requirements:
* An electrical qualification coupled with demonstrable experience in the sale of industrial automation and/or energy management equipment is preferred.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* The ability to be self-motivated, to work using one's own initiative without direct supervision.
* A current, clean driving licence.
