Regional Sales Director

A highly experienced Regional Sales Director is required to lead the sales team in the UK, DACH, and Benelux regions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams with a background in bespoke packaging solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a major revenue-generating region, managing a team of Key Account Managers across the region, and strategically managing a portfolio of critical Key Accounts. They will also devise and deliver Go To Market Plans & Strategy while being an active part of the senior leadership team with opportunities to promote ideas, initiatives, and define strategy.
This role requires strong commercial acumen and experience of bespoke packaging solutions. The successful candidate should have managed an external Sales Team and possess a proactive approach to suggesting commercial ideas and initiatives. An understanding of bespoke value-based selling built around individual customer segments is essential.
