We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. This is a key role in driving our expansion in the UK.

This position involves leading a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy. They will actively participate in deals and partner engagements, manage opportunities with a hands-on approach, and drive growth within the European leadership team.

Sales Management Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop pipelines through sales-driven lead-generation initiatives.
  • Manage key sales conversions and accurately maintain sales forecasts.
  • Instill a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
  • Effectively implement changes and innovations.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
