Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. This is a key role in driving our expansion in the UK.
This position involves leading a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy. They will actively participate in deals and partner engagements, manage opportunities with a hands-on approach, and drive growth within the European leadership team.
Sales Management Key Responsibilities:- Develop pipelines through sales-driven lead-generation initiatives.
- Manage key sales conversions and accurately maintain sales forecasts.
- Instill a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
- Effectively implement changes and innovations.
- Award-winning product (Leader in Gartner Quadrants).
- Remote-first hybrid model with regular meetings in one of our five global hubs.
- Developed customer base in the UK and globally.
