UKI Sales Director

We are a leading enterprise SaaS company seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive expansion in the UK. As a key member of our European leadership team, you'll lead a sales team focused on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions. Your primary goal will be to achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams. You should have expertise in operating in complex enterprise sales environments and managing remote work. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong people management skills and be able to attract top talent.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
