Enterprise Sales Director UK

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our expansion in the UK. This role is critical in driving business growth, responsible for leading a sales team and acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently execute Creatio's go-to-market strategy, manage opportunities, and participate in deals and partner engagements. Key accountabilities include developing pipelines, managing key sales conversions, accurately maintaining sales forecasts, and instilling a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for implementing changes and innovations, developing and executing strong and creative sales strategies, directly participating in sales, and building long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients. Additionally, you will engage and develop channel partners, work with your team to deliver sales excellence across the entire sales process, and regularly report to leadership on target achievements.
This role requires a high-performing leader who can attract top talent, effectively lead and live by Creatio's five key values, develop a high-performance culture, build trust, coach, and care for their team to boost performance and relationships. You will also provide insightful and timely feedback to address underperformance and aid in talent development.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in enterprise software sales, 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams, and experience in complex enterprise sales environments. They should also possess people management skills and experience with remote work.
