Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled sales leader to take on the challenge of growing our UK business. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy.
  • Actively participate in deals and partner engagements.
  • Manage opportunities with a hands-on approach.
  • Drive growth within the European leadership team.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams.
  • Experience in the enterprise B2B (CRM or BPM solutions) is required.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
