Director of Sales and Marketing

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Sales and Marketing teams in driving revenue growth through organic expansion and acquisition of new clients.
This pivotal role will play a critical part in expanding market share, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account management, with experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, negotiating complex contracts, and closing high-value deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
We estimate the salary for this position to be £90,000 - £110,000 + package.
