New Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned New Business Senior National Account Manager (NAM) to drive our success in the Away From Home Channel. This role will involve establishing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales and distribution across the country.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new business wins, driving growth and profitability, and building effective contact strategies to win new business. They will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end new business process, from lead generation to commercial proposals and trading agreements.

**Job Description:
- Deliver new business wins across the Away From Home Channel.
- Drive growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement a lead generation plan to win new business.
- Manage the end-to-end new business process, including lead generation, prospecting, customer engagement, and discoveries.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous new business experience.
- Hunger and drive to win new business.
- Strategic thinking skills.
- Different approach - fighting for binary agreements where brands are less important.
