Beruflicher Werdegang

Als Field Based New Business Executive sind Sie verantwortlich für den Erwerb von neuen Kunden. Ihr Ziel ist es, neue Geschäftschancen zu erkennen, potenzielle neue Standorte zu besuchen und das Brand-Image bei unseren Partnern zu stärken. Sie werden in der Lage sein, strategisch zu denken und unabhängige und regionale Einzelhandelsunternehmen sowie Supermärkte im Auslandskanal zu identifizieren, anzusprechen und zu überzeugen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Erreichen Sie Ihre täglichen, wöchentlichen und monatlichen Produktivitätsziele für Neugeschäfte.
  • Erreichen Sie Ihre Ziele für Neuanschaffungen, Bestellungen und Rückerlangung von Bestellungen.
  • Nutzen Sie unser CRM-System, um Besuche, Kundeninteraktionen und Bestellungen zu erfassen und aufzubewahren.
  • Vermitteln Sie sich mit Schlüsselkunden, entwickeln Sie und vereinbaren Sie Handelsabkommen.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit Ihrem Team und anderen wichtigen Stakeholdern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kunden bestens betreut und langfristig an Pepsico gebunden bleiben.
  • Treten Sie als Vertreter von Pepsico an Kundenmesse teil, um das Markenimage zu stärken und neue Möglichkeiten zu eröffnen.
  • Entwickeln Sie Ihre Fähigkeit zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden.

Sie arbeiten effektiv mit mehreren IT-Plattformen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, NAV) zusammen.
