We are seeking a skilled New Business Development Manager to join our team at Ultima. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within our existing client accounts.
In this role, you will work closely with our internal technical teams and solution architects to develop customised IT solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will also engage with key stakeholders within client organisations, including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within Ultima's existing client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised IT solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure.
