Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize telesales skills to identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our IT security offerings, staying updated on new products and industry developments.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Master the art of negotiation, leading prospects through the sales funnel to successful deal closures.

About You:

  • Proven track record in telesales, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Tenacious with a drive to succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for both short-term gains and long-term business development.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; adept at working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Details:

  • Pay: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
  • Additional Pay: Commission pay
  • Benefits: Company pension, Cycle to work scheme, Private medical insurance
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: In person
