We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team in the Reading, West London, Basingstoke, Oxford area, who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

As an Area Sales Manager at Thornhvac Ltd, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our National Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers. Our product range includes innovative commercial and domestic heating products that are future-proofed, and we offer 1st class technical support for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in sales, preferably in the heating, plumbing or commercial ventilation sector. You will be able to build strong relationships with customers and sell on features and benefits, rather than just price. A background in commercial heating experience, particularly with school contractors, would be highly desirable.

The Package:

This role offers a competitive salary of £55K basic pay, with the potential to earn up to £15K bonus per year, paid annually and uncapped. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
