Job Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and developing solutions to meet the needs of customers in the EMEA region. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Hyperconverged Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Provide key support to the sales team on Hyperconverged Solutions questions and sales support.
  • Solution Development: Work with Ross' team to negotiate and close sales, help train sales teams, and deliver sales presentations to clients and re-sellers.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with end-users by calling on customer facilities directly to promote Ross products.
  • Pipeline Growth: Develop long-term opportunities to ensure healthy pipeline growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales and/or product management experience with experience in a leadership position.
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to understand complex and nuanced customer requirements and map potential HCS solutions to them.
  • Success closing large, complex sales in terms of dollar value and using multiple channels.
