Patient Transport Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as an Ambulance Care Assistant (ACA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Providing safe and dignified transportation to patients requiring non-emergency medical attention.
- Assisting patients who require additional support, including those who are immobile or require lifting assistance.
- Ensuring patient safety and welfare through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Liaising with our central control team to coordinate patient transportation schedules.
- A current full UK manual driving licence is essential for this position.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and movement of patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A competitive annual salary of £30,855 based on 45 hours/week.
