About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction
