The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As a Contact Centre Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence in customer experience.
About the JobThis is a full-time position that requires strong expertise in contact centre knowledge and automation, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end services, creating efficient processes and enhancing user and customer experience.
- You will assess current eco-systems and make clear recommendations to address gaps against CX vision, owning the delivery of pre-agreed milestones and measures of success.
- You will develop and implement industry leading Digital-First Omni-Channel CX strategies, introducing new digital channels, knowledge management, and automation.
- You will provide expert advice on contact centre solutions, recommending CCaaS solutions to deliver client requirements.
