Contact Centre Specialist

Octavia is looking for a highly skilled Contact Centre Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer contact environment, with a basic knowledge of housing policies and procedures. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work quickly, and experience handling high volumes of calls.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000-£35,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year. This includes an hourly rate of £16.34, plus pension contributions up to 10%.
