Contact Centre Senior Supervisor

Join Lloyd Recruitment as a Contact Centre Senior Supervisor and take on a leadership role overseeing a team of 12-15 call centre agents. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results and exceed KPIs.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in the finance sector and/or a regulated environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager on daily activities
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Managing absence and holiday requests/coverage
- Auditing calls to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team performance
The compensation package includes:
- A competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum
- Pension scheme
- Private medical and dental cover
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
- Flexible working arrangements with occasional travel to Surrey or London office
