Job Description

This Contact Centre Assistant role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our service centre team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with your positive and proactive attitude, will shine as you assist customers with a wide range of inquiries through various electronic channels and on the telephone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls, making outbound calls to clients and customers, and performing administration tasks.
  • Providing timely and effective support to patients, doctors' surgeries, hospitals, and our laboratories and support staff.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in handling large volumes of telephone calls in a busy environment with ease and efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively in a dynamic contact centre environment.
  • Degree-educated with a science subject background is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a corporate environment as part of a team within the service centre.
  • Proficient in various systems and experienced in using Microsoft Office package.
