Healthcare Contact Centre Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Contact Centre Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team at The London Clinic. This exciting opportunity is for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in our head office in London (NW1 4LJ).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our contact centre team, including consultant appointments, general enquiries, therapies, and switchboard. As a Healthcare Contact Centre Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the team and contribute to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the contact centre, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient processes to drive performance and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with other Leads to ensure consistent service excellence and cross-cover when required.

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
