Mount Vernon Cancer Centre is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, the general public, and healthcare professionals who contact us by phone.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NHS policies and procedures, with experience in handling sensitive and confidential information. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that patient enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. You will have a strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be able to use them to manage and prioritise workload.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working patterns and opportunities for career development.
