We are seeking a skilled Contact Centre Solutions Specialist to join our team at Damia Group Ltd in London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contact centre operations and digital-led process transformations and be fluent in French.

The role involves working directly with clients to bring transformational ideas to life, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the digital marketing business across our Financial Service customers in Continental Europe.

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000-£120,000, plus a 15% cash flex bonus and 20% uncapped bonus. You will work collaboratively with our practice and account teams to shape complex deals and assist with deal closing.

  • Experience in product selection for large contact centre transformation programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre strategy and execution to drive efficient and effective operations is required.
