The role of Sales Director - Europe at CBRE Data Centre Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the EMEA region. If you have experience in selling Facility Management Services, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Sales Director - Europe is to drive the growth of the CBRE Data Centre Solutions EMEA market by winning new business from both new and existing customers. Working closely with the EMEA Regional Leadership team, you will develop and document the overall market growth plan, including strategy, targeting approach, contact strategy, and suitable value propositions to acquire new relationships and expand existing client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EMEA growth strategy in the data centre market, aligning with the global growth objectives for the business.
  • Manage and develop Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure they receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee BDM/sales team efforts to identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring existing markets and targeting new opportunities.
  • Lead sales strategy and negotiations on key regional and global pursuits.
  • Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential clients.
  • Foster a positive and successful sales culture across all business units in the EMEA region.
  • Take ownership of, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, aligned with CBRE Data Centre Solutions standards.
