Business Development Manager - Contact Centre Services

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding CPS Growth Team.

This role will focus on identifying, developing, and successfully executing Contact Centre sales in the Central Government sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive business development experience in Contact Centre Services and be capable of sustained engagement at senior levels as well as successful sales execution.

The primary success of this role is business growth, new customer acquisition, and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Utilizing market insight, buying patterns, and client challenges, you will engage and build relationships with our clients to win new business.
  • Your unique selling points will be your ability to understand and navigate the complexities of the Central Government sector, aligning those requirements to Capita's Contact Centre capabilities.

About the Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave.
