Opportunity for Experienced Business Development Professional

We are seeking an accomplished business development manager to join our dynamic team, focused on delivering exceptional contact centre services.

This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in sales execution, capable of navigating complex government sector requirements and identifying opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will possess strong relationships-building skills, market insight, and the ability to align client needs with our contact centre capabilities.

The primary objective of this position is to drive business expansion through new customer acquisition and client satisfaction. If you have a proven track record in delivering sustained engagement at senior levels and achieving sales success, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Drive business growth and new customer acquisition through strategic sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Capita's contact centre services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 23 days' annual leave (rising to 27) plus additional holiday entitlements.
