Job Description

The Integrated Contact Centre Director will be responsible for leading our contact centre function, overseeing the delivery of operational, workforce, and financial performance. This role will involve developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve key performance targets, while maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing contact centre strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Leading a team of contact centre managers and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including regulators, NHS partners, and community groups
  • Monitoring and evaluating contact centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with experience in contact centre operations or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
