As Inbound Contact Centre Director, you'll be responsible for motivating and nurturing a high-performing team of advisors, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position

You'll instil a customer-centric culture, ensuring our members receive exceptional support, and review and redesign processes to improve service delivery and efficiently handle all contact. Your expertise will be essential in identifying trends and gaps using data and developing and managing strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have prior people management experience, emotional intelligence, and a strong analytical approach. Expertise in scaling operations, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including hybrid working, free parking, and a company bonus scheme.
