As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers by telephone or email, ensuring that speed, quality, and professionalism of service are key.

This role involves following correct call handling procedures within the Contact Centre, remaining logged into the system for the full day, and remaining available to take calls wherever possible. You will also need to identify and flag any issues of potential risk on individual cases to Fitness to Practice for further investigation, and support contact centre colleagues by sharing information and experiences, developing checklists or aide memoire notes to help the team handle future queries more accurately and effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
