Contact Centre Operations Manager

Overview: We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager to join our team in East Midlands. As a Contact Centre Sales Team Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance within an Inbound Sales department, managing a team of circa 15 advisors, and focusing on hitting sales targets and KPIs.
About the Company: Our partner organisation is a market-leading business based in the East Midlands, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. They offer a competitive salary package, including £34,000-£40,000 depending on experience, and OTE circa £50,000.
Your Responsibilities: As a Contact Centre Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a sales through service team of circa 15 advisors
- Focusing on hitting sales targets and KPIs such as average call handling, quality, and conversion
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with your team to discuss areas for improvement and provide feedback
- Developing and implementing a clear strategy and goals to align with the company's objectives
