Job Description: Community Centre Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Community Centre Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing centre operations, and promoting community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage centre operations, including daily cash collection and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies to promote centre activities.
  • Collaborate with centre staff to plan and deliver promotional activities.
  • Assist the Centre Director with project work and other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • DBS fully checked
  • Minimum 4 GCSEs with Grade B or above in English Language and Mathematics
  • Ability to speak main Chinese dialects (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) an advantage
  • Computer literate with MS Office Software including PowerPoint and Excel

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
