Residential Centre Coordinator

Salary: £715.28 per week (inclusive of holiday pay)

Job Description: International House London is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Residential Centre Coordinator for our summer school in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of centre operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of educational programmes and student welfare.

About the Role: As a Residential Centre Coordinator, you will be part of the centre management team, working closely with the centre manager, director of studies, and activity managers. You will receive support from the head office young learners' team throughout your employment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate centre operations, including logistics and administration
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of educational programmes and student welfare
  • Liaise with medical professionals where necessary
  • Provide counselling support to students, parents, and staff members as appropriate
  • Communicate key information to students, including departure information and school rules
  • Assist with fire drills and arrivals/departures of students on transfer days
