Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Project Coordinator to join their London team. As a key member of the Data Centre team, you will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale data centre construction projects for major clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Centre Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing Strategic Advice: Offer insights into different approaches to achieve client objectives during project conception.
  2. Establishing Success Criteria: Develop overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  3. Leading Project Planning: Manage ongoing quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations throughout the project life cycle.
  4. Coordinating Teams: Establish effective governance, processes, and systems for project success.
  5. Managing Resources: Advise on resource procurement and manage cross-functional project teams.
  6. Monitoring Performance: Track project performance using KPIs and manage the change control process.
  7. Overseeing Finances: Oversee project finances and manage the flow of information between the team and clients.
  8. Reporting Progress: Produce formal project progress reports and maintain client communication throughout.
Requirements

To be successful as a Data Centre Project Coordinator, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the data centre or digital infrastructure environment.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Knowledge of Project Life Cycle: A strong understanding of the full project life cycle from conception to completion.
  • Project Management Tools: In-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • General Construction Experience: Experience in general construction, including residential, office, or education projects.
