About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visitor Centre Coordinator to join our team at Pact. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our visitor centre services, including family visit catering, play sessions for children during family visits, and family-focused interventions such as homework clubs, special visits, and themed family days.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work effectively with families who have been affected by imprisonment, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have the ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work, including developing new initiatives and projects.

A key aspect of this role is supporting families' access to secure video visits, which can be a vital lifeline for those who are unable to attend physical visits. The Visitor Centre Coordinator will work closely with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre to ensure that all aspects of video visiting are running smoothly.
