About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of making the world a better place for nature, people, and the planet. As a Visitor Experience Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our visitor services team and developing effective leadership strategies.

We're looking for someone with a broad skill set and be passionate about connecting people to nature. If you're motivated by working in a dynamic environment and are committed to helping us restore wetlands, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of event coordinators and activity managers
  • Develop and implement visitor programmes that meet commercial targets
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform programme development
