Royal Visitor Experience Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Royal Visitor Experience Officer to join our team at Kensington Palace.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our visitors and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Your duties will include:
- Managing entrance procedures and queue management
- Providing information and answering questions about the palace and its exhibitions
- Supporting the sales of audio guides and other palace merchandise
You will also be required to work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality visitor experiences and contribute to the overall success of our events and exhibitions.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.15 per hour (£25,643 per annum pro rata for full-time roles) and a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.
