Your Key Tasks:

As a Visitor Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for visitors at Manor Farm.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handling all visitor inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and volunteers through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • Conducting regular checks on merchandise stock and display.
  • Remaining on your feet throughout your shift.

This role involves flexible working, including weekends, bank holidays, and weekday shifts, with increased hours during school breaks and staff absence cover.

Rewards:

You will be paid at £12 per hour for up to 30 hours weekly, £15.60 per hour outside of term time, and a minimum of 16 hours per week during school holidays.
