We are seeking an experienced Visitor Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Royal Household. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team of Visitor Services Assistants (Wardens), ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience from welcome to goodbye.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional visitor care.

This position offers a competitive salary of £30,968.60 per annum (pro rata) and a range of benefits, including full training provided ahead of the public opening and the opportunity to join a large, friendly, and sociable team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, assist with special events, and ensure the highest standards of visitor care are upheld.
  • Take charge of daily briefings and operational oversight, ensuring the smooth flow of the visitor route as well as the safety and security of visitors and the site.
  • Act as an escalation point for visitor concerns or issues.
