Job Overview
  • As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Additionally, you will participate in ongoing education and improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous learning and skill enhancement.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced DBS check, training and development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
