Elysium Healthcare is an established provider of specialist mental health services, and we are currently seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Care Coordinator for our Inpatient Eating Disorder Service. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and young people aged 12-18 years who require intensive support and treatment for their eating disorders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care and providing high-quality nursing interventions to service users, while also promoting positive teamwork and collaboration among staff members. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each service user.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £5,000, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave, pension contributions, and life assurance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care and provide high-quality nursing interventions to service users
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote positive teamwork and collaboration
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to ensure they receive the necessary guidance and support
