Job Description

Crimson Limited is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement solutions.
  3. Document client interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements:

  1. Good understanding of computer systems and software applications.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Arrangement:

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
