Job Overview

bet365 is seeking a Help Desk Professional to join our IT team.

As a Help Desk Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, handling phone calls and emails, and escalating issues where necessary.

You will be working in a busy environment, collaborating with our 2nd and 3rd line teams to resolve incidents and improve system efficiency.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that phone calls and emails are dealt with promptly to provide the best possible service to the Business.
  • Logging all tickets for incidents or requests that are reported.
  • Ensuring that 1st line incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that 2nd line incidents are investigated and promptly escalated where required.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, between 08:30 – 17:00.
