IT Service Desk Agent

We are recruiting an experienced IT Service Desk Agent to join our team at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our IM&T department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to our staff and patients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading healthcare organization, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced IT service desk setting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to staff and patients via phone, email, and intranet.
- Resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with quality assurance and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent relevant experience.
- Obtained or working towards EDCL qualifications.
- Experience working in a busy ICT Service Desk environment.
- Problem-solving skills within a mixed computing environment.
We offer a salary of £24,071-£25,674 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
