About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized IT Service Desk Professional to join our team as a Service Desk Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues for our employees worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career development, and a dynamic work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and resolving issues for employees via phone, email, and Live Chat.
  • Logging, progressing and providing updates on tickets for incidents and service requests.
