Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to employees worldwide
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for users
  • Answering phone calls within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Handling Live Chats efficiently and professionally
  • Logging and updating tickets for incidents and service requests
  • Resolving first-line incidents quickly and efficiently
  • Investigating second-line incidents and escalating where required

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
