Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our Service Desk team as a Global Incident Resolution Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems as required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complex technical issues with hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Evaluate and escalate critical issues to senior engineers or other departments as needed
- Document all customer interactions and updates in our ticketing system
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in technical support, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
