IT Help Desk Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team at bet365. As a Help Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner to provide the best possible service to the business
- Logging all tickets for incidents or requests that are reported
- Ensuring first-line incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Investigating second-line incidents and escalating them where required
- Managing open incidents proactively, working with second- and third-line teams to gain the fastest resolution based on incident SLA
- Providing remote support and fixes
- Providing administrative support to ensure systems are maintained and escalating any resulting issues
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
