Help Desk Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Help Desk Operator to join our team at Royal Stoke University Hospitals. As part of this role, you will be responsible for receiving and accurately logging all technical facilities management service requests.
Responsibilities:- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Log all service requests using relevant systems.
- Assign tasks to the relevant Sodexo facilities management teams for completion.
- Prepare and distribute reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Proficiency in MS office packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a help desk environment is advantageous.
- A competitive salary of £12.75 per hour.
- A pro-rata'd 25 hour working week.
- A 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Monday - Sunday.
- A 10pm - 6am working schedule.
- A 20% pay enhancement for working between 12am - 5am.
