Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless administrative support.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A valid Basic DBS Certificate is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Check patient referrals for suitability to be seen in our clinical units, utilizing strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Book appointments and provide necessary information and medications to patients, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
  • Manage patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Assist in preparing patient notes and health information for appointments, showcasing proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Accurately report appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities, highlighting proactive and positive attitude towards patient care.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • A valid Basic DBS Certificate is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
