Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our IT team at RED10.
About the Role
- Provide support to internal and external users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with teams to ensure seamless ticket escalation and resolution.
- Utilise SQL skills to troubleshoot issues, produce reports and analyse data.
About You
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with ITIL framework and JIRA Service Desk tool, and technical skills in SQL or other database languages.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to assess and prioritise demand.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience with User management tool and PowerBI is ideal.
