Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our client's dynamic team in the cable production industry. As a key member of their sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in industrial, automotive, aerospace, rail, or military sectors.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cable production industry
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong understanding of the cable production industry and its key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be based in the United States to be eligible for the position.
